Titles 2
I have decided not to use titles in my main task as it is a two minute opening sequence, and often, titles are shown at the end. The only titles I will place at the beginning of my film is my production name and logo and also the name of the film.
titles
When making my film I will have to include titles of who the director is etc. This shows that it is a film as it has names of the pproduction crew and the actors.
This is an example of the titles I will use in my film.

Title of my film
The name of my film will be "Changes Of Romance". I have taken some feedback from people asking their opinion on what they think of the film being called this:
Koby: "The name of the film sums up the story very well and gives the audience an idea of what the film is roughly going to be about."
Ben: "The title of the film makes the audience think that the film is in the genre of romance."
Pheobe: "The name of the film is short but at the same time effective."
Alisha: "The name of the film tells you wht the film is going to be about without giving too much away."

Feedback on Outline of the story
I had a discussion with people about what they think of my story outline.
- A teenager descibed the outline as interesting and would like to watch the film.
- A classmate of mine described my story outline as good but in order to make the genre of the film fall into comedy instead of romance I could involve drama by showing problems in a typical teenagers lives and also involve jokes in the script to make it funnier and will therefore fall into the genre of comedy.
- A student from my media lesson said that she likes how the film is about young people as it is likely to target that type of audience. She also likes the cliffhanger at the end of the outline because it makes her want to find out what will happen in the film and she likes the way I made the situation seem serious even though it is about young people and love.
Outline of Story
My film is about a couple getting together in their adolescence era. The audience get a glimpse of the exciting feelings when experiencing young love but then later down the line, we see that this is not the case as the couple realise how different they are and start to fall out of love. Can they stay strong together?

My Film Idea
The opening sequence starts off with a couple going out on a first date. The audience sees a spark between the couple and they are shown having fun on the date. They are having a movie night and watching a film. There will be a cut showing how the couple are now. They are sitting down watching TV and can't decide on a channel to watch together and the girl drops a hint about a divorce and then it will cut off to the titles.

Ideas about my opening sequence
The films that interest me most fall into the genre of comedy. I looked at various comedy films that I thought would be easy to film and will consider filming it in a similar style.
In the film Stupid Crazy Love, the opening sequence is of two couples sitting at a dinner table and one of the couples talks about wanting a divorce. For my opening sequence, I think that it will be a good idea to show two couples at a dinner table and then something interesting will happen and then it will cut off into the titles. This cliffhanger encourages the audience to want to watch the rest of the film. Also by creating a funny scene or a joke in the opening sequence, it will make the audience aware from the beginning that my film falls into the comedy genre.
Pulp Fiction is another opening sequence of a couple sitting at the table, Although it is an action film it is a good example to use.
